This impressive detached house with a spacious garden is situated very favourable at the bottom of the dunes, two hundred meters away from the beach and in a calm part of Renesse. You can reach the centre of Renesse, with its numerous restaurants and street cafes in a ten minutes walk. The house has a spacious garden with a sunny terrace. Via the hall you'll reach the cosy living room with a lounge, dining corner and an open fireplace. You'll also reach the separate kitchen and the adjoining kitchen, equipped with all modern kitchen utensils. In the adjoining kitchen is also a simple shower with a separated toilet. On the ground floor you find two bedrooms, and two more on the first floor, three with an extra washbasin. A nice house for a family, in an ideal surrounding! Important Information: To guarantee the quality of our holiday homes we have decided to decline groups of younger people, bachelor parties etc. The owner only allows families. You can only book this house with max. 6 adults and 2 children untill 12.
