This is a well cared for holiday home on a property surrounded by meadows in Heiloo. Egmond beach is only half an hour's bike ride away and you can walk to the old centre of Heiloo in 15 minutes where there are many restaurants and shops. The owner has a lot of horses and you may see some of them from your terrace. There is a sunny terrace at the back of the house. All rooms are on the same level and so perfect for people who have difficultly walking or are in a wheelchair. There is a good sized, attractive living room with a sitting area, dining area and a fully-fitted kitchen. There is also a very nice bathroom and a double bedroom. Even though the property borders a main road, you will have no problems with the traffic because it is at the back. The owners don't think that this property is suitable for children.
